Designed in 1921 by famed architect, Donald Ross, the Mid Pines golf course is rated 4 1/2 Stars by Golf Digest, #13 in the state and remains the most faithful to Ross’ original design intent. Ross’ intention was to make a course as playable for the high handicapper as the scratch players. Both Mid Pines and Pine Needles, our sister property, permit and encourage walking year round.
