Tory Government Spends $7M on Alberta Golf Courses

Today in the Edmonton Journal there was an interesting article on the Alberta PC government allocating over $7 million in grant money to Alberta Golf Courses over a period of three years. The catch is that almost ALL of the money went to courses in Tory ridings. That being said, I would have to assume that since we have more Tory ridings that this is not statistically that abnormal, but I could be wrong.
Over 50% of the grants were allocated in 2003, the year before the last provincial election, according to provincial government documents.
